Thanks Covid. Are you currently photographing?

In short - I listen to Governor Baker and our super smart scientists. As long as the numbers state-wide and regionally fall within a range that business is still allowed to be taking place, I will be photographing. The safety and well-being of all the families I work with (and truthfully MY family) is THE most important thing. At this time I am being tested once a week out of an abundance of caution, wear a mask the entire session, only offer ordering appointments via Zoom, and prefer to photograph in outdoor locations when at all possible. I've had my flu shot, and carry hand sanitizer around with me everywhere. If you have any specific questions or concerns around Covid protocols, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I have a team of people I would like headshots for - do you offer group packages?

Yes! If all the headshots are happening at the same location on the same date, there are significant savings we can talk about. I am happy to create custom quotes based on how many people you would like to include.

What is personal branding?

Your personal brand, in short, is you. It’s how you decide to present yourself to your audience. Adventurer, cook, dog-lover, bottle cap collector, candlestick maker – all the things that make you unique can be part of your personal brand. People more readily invest their time and money if they feel like they know the person behind the company.

What is a brand “story”

Each story is a part of what makes your brand you. Which of your rituals, routines, loves, or activities do you want to share with your audience? For example, you want to show how family quality time is important to you. Stories that could reflect this are your Saturday morning pancake routine with the kids, board game night, walk/playing in your favorite place as a family. Or you love to source menu ingredients at local farms or famer’s markets. You can feature your favorite vendors (strengthening your relationship by helping promote them), and get some visually beautiful AND seasonal images focusing on what inspires your dishes.

What if I just want one photo?

It sounds like a simple headshot session would be perfect for you. You can choose up to three images to use across social media, your website, and business cards etc. Keep in mind, headshots are a little more traditional stylistically. While they can be true to your personality, they will be less story-driven than a personal brand photography session.

I don’t know what I need for my website - will you work with my graphic designer?

Yes! Whether we are trying to fit images into an existing layout, or the layout is being created around the images, I work with graphic designers all the time to get exactly what you need to reflect your brand.

Do I have to pay the full contract up front to book?

No. Depending on which package you choose, a deposit will be due upon booking, and then automated monthly payments (up to six months) will be scheduled for the remaining balance. HOWEVER, if you choose to pay your full contract amount at the time of booking, you will receive a 10% discount.

You work with a lot of businesses, do you know a good <fill in the blank>?
